Satisfying looting, foraging and crafting system (it's a small thing, but you'll be surp) Satisfying One-Shot Head-pops Awesome and fitting John Carpenter style music Some memorable quests and cool location settings. ![]() Solid performances of characters Good varied skill-tree to keep you busy Old Town / 2nd Half game area is a nice change up, smaller thus quicker to navigate (plus you likely have the grappling hook too), as well as easier to navigate with more consistent higher quality quests. Recommended for some good zombie fun.ĥ0h 46m PlayedMain Campaign Single Player Review Likes Beating up on zom-zoms and fools Parkour and kung-fu kicking brahs. Bozak's horde and The Prison can go to hell! Seriously, they were so hard! But so worth it! Overall, really fun game. The idea itself was sound, but the environments quickly got boring and samey, which made this part of the game a bit of a chore to go through. The story is so much better, the stakes so much higher, and after some getting used to the new system, the is a lot of fun! Hellraid is.ok? It was pretty fun at the start, but I felt like it overstayed it's welcome. The Following takes is all up a notch in all the good ways. The environmental sounds feel real and scary when they need to be, and the music is extremely pleasant and memorable. The music and sound design are phenomenal. Even at your most powerful, you're still not invincible and the nights never stop being scary. The skill system is pretty well-developed, really making you feel that you're getting faster, better, stronger, while also not cheapening the experience. ![]() Gameplay's really entertaining, and I loved how it allows you to approach the obstacles in front of you in whatever way you find comfortable. I've also loved all the little easter eggs and secrets. The atmosphere and environmental storytelling are top notch and truly immerse you into the experience. The story, while at first very simplistic-looking, truly shines in the files, additional stories, and the well-researched geopolitical aspects. 77h 58m PlayedAwesome game! Had a lot of fun with it and it's so hard to let it go.
